Nestled in a quiet area on the banks of Lake Oconee, our recently built, family-friendly home offers three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as an open-area bunk room, two common spaces with large TVs, and a screened porch with plenty of seating. The house comfortably sleeps six adults and four children, with the additional option of two twin EZ beds to sleep a total of 12. Guests are free to use our grilling porch, kayaks, floats, paddle board, fishing poles, and life jackets. 

Cancellation policy: 100% refund 24 hours after booking accepted, if booking is requested at least 7 days before check-in. 50% refund 60 days before check-in.
